What's Cookin?

I wish I could say that I was a real Betty Crocker, but that would be such a lie it would be a delusion.  It's not that I don't enjoy cooking, it's just that I'm not all that great.  I forget to set timers, I get side tracked, I misjudge measurements, and I get overwhelmed when there are multiple dishes cooking at one time. When it is my turn to cook something up that's edible, I want easy. . . and preferably one dish.  The ones we toss out and trade for Jack in the Box. . . well those I will keep to myself. . . But the meals that get devoured. . . I'm happy to share.  Proud to be saving dinner one meal at a time!

I apologize for the picture. . . it's SO good. . . it went too fast for me to even get a picture before it was half eaten.  I am embarrassed to admit, this was a dinner for 3.  This is the perfect comfort food and the perfect meal to take to a sick friend.  It even re-heats well.  Did I mention it's super easy to make?
